 Kara goes to a local high school and teaches the women there about what it's really like to be a scientist and how they can get involved. It was a fun time and everyone had a lot of questions including what a typical day is like. This required a lot of thought since every day is different and exciting. The beginning slide just sums it all up.
 We went out for lunch before all the students went away for the Holidays. It was a fun time.
Let the screens begin! After months of waiting our robot is finally here and is very impressive looking. Everyone on the hall stops by to see what it is and to mention how pretty it looks. It's kind of like having a newborn baby and we're enjoying showing off our new toy. Everyone in the lab is busy thinking of cool screens to do.   |
